Our Mentoring Service
This involves us acting as your experienced sounding board and trusted adviser. Our mentoring service is more developmental driven than performance driven and takes a more holistic approach and is more informal. The mentee sets the agenda and is more likely to question the mentor with a view to tapping into the mentor's experience. There is less of an emphasis on specific measurable results or changed behaviour and more emphasis on the development of the mentee.
Our Coaching Service
Coaching is an opportunity for high-achieving individuals to accelerate their growth, learning and effectiveness. The relationship is more likely to be shorter term with a specific outcome in mind. Our coaching service is therefore more performance driven and more structured. We ask thought provoking questions which are aimed at helping the individual to make important decisions, recognise behaviours and take action.
